Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assists w/ planning, directing, coordinating and controlling resources of the Dietary/ Food Services Department to provide food service for guests, employees and residents.
• Ensures that approved menus are utilized according to corporate standards and agreement specifications.
• Ensures that all food is prepared, tested and serviced according to corporate standards.
• Performs and directs purchasing, receiving, storage, food production planning, sanitation, corporate standards of operation, according to Policy and Procedures.
• Supervises and/or directs residents’ services

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and Dietary Manager certification
• Long Term Care experience
• Must be proficient with MDS process
