Job Summary:
As a Preschool / Infant - Toddler Teacher at Ponds Child Care Center, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and promoting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity between home and school environments.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of toddler care principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young learners in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
