Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing, entering, and allocating orders
- Responsible for maintaining open orders ensuring all orders are shipped within the ship window
- Develop an understanding of customer’s requirements and take actions to ensure that such requirements are met
- Monitor WIP and in-transit production shipments to forecast any potential delivery problems
- Communicate with 3rd party warehouses to ensure timely and accurate shipments to our customers
- Ability to understand the EDI 850, 856, and 810 documents and troubleshoot any EDI order discrepancies
- Must be detail-oriented to manage Pick and Pack projects
- Manage inventory
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Ability to communicate with Sales & Production teams
- Ad-hoc projects and front relief back-up
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience preferred
- A good understanding of the Apparel Industry
- Knowledge in ERP Systems, specifically AMT a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Retail Math
- Strong communication with an ability to build relationships internally/externally and resolve issues
- Very detail-oriented individual who works well under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment
- Must be a team player & have high energy
Education :
- College Degree or related experience
