Pool Troopers is seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Service Technician Trainer to join our team. As a Pool Service Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for training and educating new and existing Pool Technicians on pool maintenance, service, and repair techniques as well as top-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-field training sessions and provide hands-on instructions to new Pool Technicians
• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure proper technique and adherence to company standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and equipment
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs

Requirements

• 1 year trainer/ instructor experience in outdoor labor industry
• Ability to effectively communicate and train individuals with varying levels of experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records).
