As a Start-Up Specialist with Pool Troopers, you will have a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and advancement. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying services sales opportunities for new and prior customers.
Start-Up Specialists may occasionally work outdoors and will be trained on pool cleaning and chemical services. During slow season, Start-Up Specialist's maybe responsible for the maintenance and service of pools.

• Acquire suitable residential reoccurring service customers
• Re-acquire returning customers
• Reach out to sold accounts and AR cancelled accounts, with the intent to re-activate service.
• In the slow season, specialists are required to assist branch managers with any supervisory related tasks including route coverage

Requirements

• Pool chemistry and circulation
• Equipment pad operation
• Basic computer literacy
• Proper communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must have a valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major infractions or significant points
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Records)
• Prior sales experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
