About the Job:

Our Part Time Warehouse Agent/Delivery position is the perfect position for someone who desires to make quality personal! Long gone are the days of simple transactions. Our goal is to provide solutions, increase efficiency, profitability and 100% customer satisfaction!

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Agent include, but are not limited to:

· Receive shipments, examine, log the inventory, and maintain through audits

· Communicate positively with manager, sales staff, fellow workers, and/or customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up

· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to manager

· Make deliveries and/or pick-ups using the most effective route to ensure orders are delivered or picked up on time while loading and unloading the vehicle and ensuring that all products are properly secured

· Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and inform manager of any maintenance needed

· Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable on a daily basis

· Wash forklift on a weekly basis

· Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and secure warehouse at all times (this will include taking all garbage out to the dumpster, mopping, sweeping, watering, blowering etc.)

· Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and shipping workstations neat to include sweep and/or dust.

· Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; wrapping/packing boxes and/or pallets; placing orders in delivery area etc.

· Prepare all UPS shipping and ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents

· Assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle/trucks, ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately

· Ensures all material is prepared for delivery and/or shipment

· Assist loading export containers as needed

· Daily inventory tracking of plaster material

· Make sample boards

· Assemble hydrotorque machines

· Perform additional warehouse duties and errands as assigned or required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in Distribution, Warehouse and/or Shipping & Receiving preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Excellent math skills including working with units of measure
• Knowledge of operating a Forklift and Pallet Jack a MUST
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft programs
• Proficient in the operation of company vehicles including Pick-up truck and Box-Truck
• Ability and means to travel as needed for delivery of materials to jobsites or customer facilities and participation in periodic store inventories.
• Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction related items a plus!
• Reliable and dependable to scheduled work shift
• Flexible to work overtime occasionally, including Saturdays as needed
• Clean driving record a Must
• Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

• Requires sitting, walking, typing, standing, squatting, etc.
• Physical ability to handle (lifting, pulling and pushing) typical product packaging, from light weight items up to 50 pounds required. May require occasional lifting up to 70-80 pounds with or without equipment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• No weekends
