POP Manufacturing, Inc. is a growing, fast-paced manufacturer of point of purchase displays and store fixtures. We are seeking a project coordinator assistant to become a part of our team. We are looking for a flexible team member willing to perform multiple tasks and assist various departments as needed. Your position will assist in tracking projects from start to finish and ensuring projects are completed on time, with a high standard of quality. You will be expected to efficiently assist a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating shipping, purchasing, the overall organization of projects, record-keeping, managing information flow, coordinating with other departments, monitoring daily progress, and working with others to find solutions when problems arise. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
