THE POSITION:

We are seeking an organized, thorough, and proactive Communications Content Specialist to join our talented team. The Communications Content Specialist will be focused on developing both technical and creative materials to be used in training plans and technical guides, various project-based reports, social media content and blog posts. Content will be posted to a variety of digital mediums requiring strong familiarity with platform management, technical troubleshooting and issue resolution

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is required.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience writing high-quality content for a variety of platforms. Federal government consulting or public relations experience a strong plus.
• Proven experience developing and writing across a variety of communications formats and styles, including but not limited to training materials, toolkits, and correspondence; newsletters, articles, website/ social media content, blogs, presentations, talking points, and fact sheets a plus
• Experience working with SharePoint and coordinating with application development and design teams.
• Portfolio and Writing Samples is preferred
