- Utilize design principles to assess and make decisions on design quality of prompt visual outputs
- Review and edit design prompts, ensuring clarity
- Have a user empathy lens to create functional and visually appealing content
- Manage a high volume of work efficiently, maintaining quality while focusing on scale
- Quickly adapt to changes and learn new tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other team members and design lead to integrate design feedback and improve outputs
- Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and striving for continuous improvement
- 3 years of relevant design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Figma, Adobe Creative Tools, PowerPoint
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in style, typography, and composition layout
- Familiarity with and examples of text to image AI technology use (can be sent separately if not in portfolio)
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pivot as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable with receiving and implementing constructive feedback
- Experience with copy writing or editing for clarity and grammar
- Years of Experience Required: 3 overall years of experience in the field
- Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required to be eligible for this role
- Disqualifiers: Candidates who does not have a portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
- Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has examples of strong style, composition, and typographic work while being excited to move into work involving AI technologies
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, over time gaining ownership and able to work independently
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Graphic design
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with high volume creative work
- Some familiarity and work with text to image AI technology
