Betterware US , a newly established extension of the renowned Betterware Mexico, with a proven legacy of 25 years in creating, developing, and distributing innovative household and on-the-go

products, is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Community Manager to join our team. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to engage with local communities, foster relationships, and drive brand growth through in-person connections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct catalog drops in your city to present our product offering and business opportunity, engage with potential customers, and facilitate product demonstrations to showcase Betterware's exceptional range of household and on-the-go products
• Actively prospect, recruit, and assist with the enrollment of new Brand Partners
• Support the U.S. Head of Sales in the onboarding process and welcoming new brand partners to Betterware US
• Assist in locating event locations for opportunity events and product showcasing, working closely with the sales team to ensure successful in-person gatherings
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
• High school diploma required, college coursework or degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in direct sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for engaging with people and promoting products
• Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within the city of Dallas, Texas
• Flexibility to work primarily in the afternoons and evenings, with occasional weekends as needed
