Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team, whether you’re new to the field or an experienced pro! We are looking for an HVAC Installer who is eager to apply their skills and learn new ones in the process. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across both residential and commercial properties. Duties:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspect existing HVAC systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Experience:

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and plumbing is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential, with a willingness to continue learning in these areas.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R codes and regulations, or a readiness to learn and apply them.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; we provide guidance to those new to this skill.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools; training available for those needing to refine these skills.
• Experience in welding is preferred but not essential; we offer opportunities to develop this skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
