This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist at Poppies Bakeries in Battleboro, NC. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our bakery products by conducting quality control and assurance activities. This includes implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting quality audits, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Qualifications

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in Quality Management
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Quality Auditing skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
