- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

-Work closely with the owners to execute and continue our growth

-Manage Warehouse Staff and make sure they are completing task.

-Work closely with showroom manger.

-Coordinate shipping.

-Meet with customers on a daily basis.

-Handle customer issues as they come up.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, including profit loss analysis, and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

-Must be a self-starter

-Willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in sales, project management, or process improvement is highly desirable
