Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Join Our Team!
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA with us, you will play a vital role in delivering quality ABA therapy services to children. You will provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Work closely with families and team members to achieve client goals
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
