We aresearching for a talented and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join ourgrowing team! In this role, you will play a key part in developing a HRdepartment with Responsibilities including HR, Safety, and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and administering disciplinary actions (if necessary).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  • Understanding OSHA and Safety requirements.
Government Compliance with human resources and payroll

Benefits

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP software (a plus).
