Aufgaben The role is responsible for a variety of essential Human Resources tasks, assisting the Human Resources team with the day-to- day operations of the department. The ideal Human Resources Data Specialist will have a broad knowledge of human resources, general administrative responsibilities and ability to collect, compile and analyze HR data. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team are crucial to the success of this role. Roles & Responsibilities
General HR Support
Monitor HR inbox and assist employees with general HR inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate resource(s).
Process HRIS actions for employment life cycle changes including new hire action, personnel updates, job transfers, separations, and other organizational changes.
Prepare and coordinate new hire documentation and onboarding materials.
Collaborate with other members of the HR and IT teams to facilitate a seamless orientation and onboarding experience for all team members.
Supports the learning and training functions with event scheduling, communications, attendance, and vendor management.
Management of the PFS Internship program.
Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
Assist with recruitment and interview process.
Assist or prepares correspondence as requested.
Process mail; and performs other clerical functions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Data and Dashboard Responsibilities
Prepare and review operational reports/KPIs.
Responsible for creating HR Dashboards and presenting them to Leadership.
Responsible for data integrity in our HR systems.
Responsible for analyzing HR data.
HR Budget/Vendor Management
Manages the Procurement, HR Budget and Invoice process with Finance, Accounting and shared services teams.
Anforderungen Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required (may be substituted by 4 additional years of relevant experience)
Experience (Job And Industry)
Minimum 3 years professional experience
Skills
Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
Demonstrate a proven ability to be proactive and meet deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically in creation, and formatting.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
Attention to detail (i.e. data, reporting)
Ability to tell a story with data.
Ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Some experience working with data analysis software (i.e. Tableau and ADP Workforce Now)
