Preventive Maintenance Team Member

Job Summary:

Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment and supports maintaining facility in top condition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Routinely inspects and maintains building and supports in the installation equipment but not limited to parts and handling machinery.

• Performs routine repairs including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, welding, and other related maintenance activities.

• Assists with the installation and modification of building equipment systems.

• Responds to all equipment emergencies.

• Communicates need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment to appropriate Manager

• Responds in a timely fashion to problems related to facility maintenance and repair.

• Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.

• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.

• Possesses and maintains a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two or more related experiences or equivalent.

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, welding, and industrial maintenance preferred.

• Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.

• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.

• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary

• Continually working on a dusty work environment

• Continually exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)

• Frequently loud noise (machinery)

• Frequently very loud noise (example: jack hammer work)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
