Our client is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative covering North Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. This is a remote position but there is a strong preference for the person to be in or near the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex.

The base salary range is between $65,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience), plus commission (realistic first year commission $15-20k), laptop, cell phone, and car allowance. A valid driver's license is required and the client is not able to provide sponsorship.

You'll be engaging with a diverse clientele, including OEMs, end users, and distributors, helping to maintain and nurture existing relationships and developing new customers.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree or a robust five-year track record in sales, demonstrating a history of meeting and surpassing targets.

Those with a background in bearings, industrial sales, and distribution will find this role particularly well-suited to their skills.
