The Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) is seeking an Asset Maintenance Manager. This position is directly responsible for the management of the agency’s maintenance operations, which include repairs to and maintenance of buildings and grounds and the supervision of the maintenance staff. Applicant must possess a working knowledge of maintenance operations for residential rental units and commercial buildings and the ability to independently assess and develop appropriate responses in emergency situations.
