Leadership Development Program Associate

Porter Group - Washington, DC, United States

Well established corporate services company is looking for recent (2023/2024) entry level grads to join their amazing Leadership Development program. Ideal candidates will have a degree in finance, business, management or accounting and examples of success leading others. Strong preference is given to collegiate athletes, sorority/fraternity presidents, and others with proven leadership throughout college. You will train in 3-4 different cities across the US over a 6-8 month period (the company covers all moving expenses between cities). Throughout the training program (approx. 2 months in each city ) you will be provided a fully furnished apartment (move-in ready) and rental car for the duration (if needed). Salary of $55K - $65K plus monthly bonuses (up to $500/month) while in training. At the conclusion of the leadership program, you will be offered a General Manager position at one of their offices in a major US city with a salary between ~ $80K - $110K plus bonuses. AMAZING opportunity for anyone looking to start their career who has the flexibility to move as needed!
