Porter Hospital is Hiring a Patient Care Technician - PCU 0.9 FTE (Days) Near Valparaiso, IN

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated patient care services in accordance with the PCT's skills/training and the needs of the Department within the Acute Care Setting. The PCT works under the clinical direction of the registered nurse (RN).
Patient Care Technician Full Time, Days Position in the Progressive Care Unit at Northwest Health - Porter Hospital
  • Full time: 36 hours, 12 hour shifts
  • Days: 6a-6p
  • Eligible for shift differential

About this unit:
This is a fast paced area that acts as critical care step-down from ICU, which includes cardiac and neuro patients, as well as patients at an acuity too high for med/surg
