Summary:

Our client is a large, well known government consulting firm headquartered in Northern, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to the FLC recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees
• Educate internal clients on market trends, providing guidance on compensation and hiring decisions
• Create tactical recruiting plans to execute critically important hiring strategies
• Coordinate and develop the organization's staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with recruiting cleared candidates preferred
• Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
