We support and help people and businesses that have suffered data loss due to file system corruption, data corruption or accidental file deletion/reformatting.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sales techniques to gain service approval
- Provide ongoing support for services
- Convert qualified clients into partners
- Follow up on cases in a timely manner
- Answer basic questions and assist client with submission / drop off / delivery
