07/20/2024 This position is the welcoming face of Longfellow Elementary School. Duties include supporting building Administrators in a bustling front office, as well as greeting families, assisting students, answering phones, organizing and maintaining files, data bases and producing documents. This position works as part of a team of front office staff, working collaboratively and with colleagues, taking the initiative and working independently on projects.
Requirements:
At least one year experience in performing responsible clerical and secretarial work in a busy office environment preferred.
