King Middle School This position is the welcoming face of Portland High School. Duties include supporting building Administrators in a bustling front office, as well as greeting families, assisting students, answering phones, organizing and maintaining files, data bases and producing documents. The successful candidate will also support the Co-Curricular Director in maintaining accurate records as required by the MPA, arranging transportation to activities and other tasks related to the organization of Co-curricular activities. Familiarity and ease with technology a must. Platforms include Google Classroom and other internet based sites used by the Co-Curricular program.
This position works as part of a team of front office staff, working collaboratively and with colleagues, taking the initiative and working independently on projects.
Requirements:
At least one year experience in performing responsible clerical and secretarial work in a busy office environment preferred.
