Full time School Nurse at Talbot Elementary School
School nurse needed for a large, busy school elementary serving a diverse community of students in grades Pre-k through grade 5. Programming includes a functional life skills program with students with a variety of medical needs. Duties and responsibilities include: treating students with injuries and illnesses, developing health plans for chronic physical and mental health needs, creating and maintaining health and immunization records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary school team and a district nurse team to promote health and well-being for students’ optimal learning. Candidate must be comfortable both working independently and as part of a team. Position includes district responsibilities as needed.
