Our company is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our growing Urgent Care Office. The Receptionist will work closely with our medical staff to answer phones and provide information to patients, as well as direct incoming urgent care cases to the appropriate members of the medical team. In addition to answering phones, the right candidate will be equally comfortable performing clerical duties and assisting our customers with insurance billing questions. The ideal candidate will be polite and provide excellent customer service to patients in person, over the phone and by email, responsible with their schedule and dedicated. This position is full time with weekend day shift coverage as needed. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:45am-8:00pm. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patient as they arrive in the clinic.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Register patients.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Collect copays and patient balances.
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide information to patients.
• Assist with handling medical records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
