**Description**
The Logistics Customer Service Rep. performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The Logistics CSR also resolves administrative problems and inquiries; composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents.
**Essential Duties****:**
* Performs a variety of administrative functions.
* Schedules appointments, gives information to customers
* Prepares Delivery Orders.
* Generates reports, handles multiple projects.
* Prepares and monitors delivery orders and packing lists.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications):**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year experience in an administrative position
* TWIC required
* Ability to work overtime is required
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
* Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
* Ability to analyze and solve problems.
* Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
* Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
