The Removal & Reinstall Operations Manager is a leadership position overseeing Post Installation Technicians and Foremen Performing Removals and Reinstalls. This individual will manage, direct, plan and coordinate activities of projects for the assigned location to ensure the goals/objectives are met in the prescribed time frame and budget.
Essential Job Functions

• Ensure that project schedules and planning timelines are met.
• Manage the activities of projects to ensure that the construction schedules are met.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals/objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
• Supervise the reinstallation teams to ensure that the installations are done to required specifications.
• Direct and manage multiple sites, employees and contractors.
• Manage field technician activities and training.
• Manage complex electrical installation and repairs.
• Oversee special projects as needed.
• Supervise and motivate a variety of field personnel involved in the installation of solar projects.
• Drive continuous improvements for safety, quality, customer service and production through field operations.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years' supervisory experience in the construction industry with some solar experience preferred.
• Experience implementing quality control/quality assurance processes, understanding of construction math, and experience managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrated Safe Working Practices and knowledge of OSHA safety standards, OSHA 30 Training preferred.
• Success at managing and delivering construction projects on schedule and under budget.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate employees.
• Experience supervising and managing subcontractors in other trades.
• Experience and comfort level working on roofs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred.
• Local travel required.

Base Salary
$85,000-$95,000 USD
