Positec Tool Corporation is Hiring a Brand Ambassador Near Charlotte, NC
We are looking for FULL-TIME Brand Ambassadors towork in our call center here at Positec. This is not a work-from-home position.
About the position:
Positec Brand Ambassadors are responsible for answeringinbound calls, responding to emails, chatting live with customers, takingorders from customers, answering inquiries and questions, handling complaints,troubleshooting, and providing general information to customers.
Training: Mandatory paid training onsite for 2-3 weeks beginningApril 22nd, 2024.
The training schedule will be on weekdays from 9:00 AM TO5:00 PM
Shift Schedules: TheSolution Center hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM – 8 PM*The hours of operationsare subject to change based on business needs and call volume. This is afull-time position.
Pay Rate: Thisposition pays $17.00 an hour with full benefits.
