YOUR LIFE AS A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA THERAPIST (RBT)
As a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist, you play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve. You are responsible for implementing kid-centric ABA therapy while playing games and teaching them skills in a naturalist setting. Because of your client-focused approach, you work a flexible schedule that allows you to set hours based on the needs of your clients. You easily adapt to each new situation you are exposed to during sessions and maintain a compassionate and patient manner to ensure you deliver the best possible care.
Each day brings about a new set of challenges that pushes you to work on your personal development by continuously gaining new skills that help you with career advancement. Qualifications for the position:
- Current RBT license
- Ability to remain client-focused when providing services
- Comfortable working around higher management
- Afternoon/Evening Hours
- Must have certificates in OSHA, HIV, HIPPA, CPR, and First AID or be willing to get them within 30 days of hiring.
- Liability insurance
- High School Diploma
- Must have 2 years minimum experience working with children with autism.
- Fluent English is required.
