POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the Santa Fe office. The person in this role must be a team player, efficient, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and positive. This person will work to improve and document administrative processes, manage facility maintenance, and collaborate with employees at all levels to identify and implement improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and route phone calls
• Process incoming Leads

• Oversee and complete Customer Invoicing processes within NetSuite

• Data Entry (Google Suite, Microsoft 365, NetSuite) - Job Releases, Owner’s Manuals
• Manage petty cash
• Scan and file paperwork
• Supply ordering and restocking
• Maintain business licenses throughout the state
• Assist in creation and maintenance of documentation for customers
• Notarize documents (company will assist in you becoming a Notary, if you are not already)
• Oversee regular facility maintenance - work with cleaning companies, address maintenance issues with plumbing, HVAC, etc. 
• Oversee building tenant management
• Office utility payment processing and recordkeeping
• Help maintain a clean and organized office environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in technology and computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to drive (Valid DL and Auto Insurance required)
• Experience working in solar or construction industry a plus
