Are you a dedicated BCBA passionate about providing exceptional ABA therapy for children with Autism? Positive Reinforcement is looking for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. Our unique model focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy with manageable caseloads, ensuring you can make a significant impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Flexible/Work from HomeSalary: $60-$75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism.
  • Supervise and support RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BTs (Behavior Technicians).
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism like VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS
  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.
  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.
  • Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.
