Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Flexible/Work from HomeSalary: $60-$75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism.
- Supervise and support RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BTs (Behavior Technicians).
- Develop positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism like VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.
- Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.
