In this role, you will report to the Director of Growth and own all affiliate and partnership marketing. You'll accelerate customer growth through optimizations with existing partners, onboarding new affiliates and partners, and driving infrastructure enhancements that improve partner distribution. In addition, you'll have a chance to market exciting and disruptive new products coming down the pipe that will transform consumer lending.

A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partnership and digital affiliate marketing at a traditional or FinTech lending business. You are experienced in managing all aspects of a partnership, including legal, negotiation, pricing, and campaign management, and can use analytics tools like Tableau, SQL, or Excel.

• Excellent at working with cross-functional teams like Product, Finance, Legal, Credit Risk, Data, and Engineering

We prefer someone to be in the bay area but are open to candidates across the United States who are willing to travel to the bay area at least once per quarter

This position offers a competitive salary range of $144,630 to $168,765 annually, with significant equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
