Posterity Group, LLC. is seeking Gastroenterologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) 4300 W 7th Street, Little Rock AR,72205.Compensations:

- Salary $350,734 - $423,909 annually
- $3,000 annually for CEUs
- Up to $8,880 annually for healthcare compensations. Cash in Lieu of.
- 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Normal clinic hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm. Monday – Friday
- Rotating weekends and holidays. Rotating weeks after normal working hours call coverage, 4:30pm – 7am
- Provide comprehensive clinical Gastroenterology services including the diagnosis and treatment of Gastroenterology disease and surgical procedures.
- Perform endoscopic procedures in GI lab. Typical procedures include EGD, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound & ERCP’s.
- EGD with endoscopic ultrasound examination limited to the esophagus, stomach or duodenum and adjacent structures.
- EGD with biopsy
- EGD with band ligation of esophageal/gastric varices
- EGD with removal of foreign body
- EGD with control of bleeding any method
- Colonoscopy, diagnostic
- Colonoscopy with biopsy
- Colonoscopy with removal of tumors, polyps or other lesions by snare technique
- Endoscopic Ultrasound and ERCPs
- Staffing and supervising GI fellows in endoscopy lab and inpatient consult service, supervising Fellows in gastroenterology clinic when required.
- Meet all licensing/certification requirements to perform as a Gastroenterology Physician.
- Be Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist by the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Gastroenterology Standards.
- Have and maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification.
- Meet the minimum standards for Continuing Medical Education (CME) to remain current.
- Provide a copy of a current DEA certificate.
- Provide an NPI number.
- Provide an AMBI certificate.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Have all immunizations required for Physicians.
