We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ACT Program Supervisor to join our team. As an ACT Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and providing multi-disciplinary clinical and case management services to individuals with serious mental illness. Your role will involve overseeing a team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure the needs of consumers are met and program goals are achieved. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Master’s Degree required - LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent in licensure in NYS
· At least two years of experience working in human services with individuals with serious mental illness and those with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
· Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
· Able to work in the Microsoft Office Suite, should be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel
· Knowledge and experience of electronic health records (specifically AWARDS by Footholds) preferred.
Salary: $85,000
Scheduled Shift: Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm
