Responsibilities
- Assist with AP & AR invoice processing.
- Reconcile accounts and provide financial support for construction projects.
- Support management with financial reporting.
- Provide administrative assistance in contract creation and collection.
- Collaborate with the Director of Construction for monthly invoicing.
- Provide accounting services for the General Contracting division.
- Enforce cost control measures and manage subcontractor commitments.
- Track lien releases and process subcontractor invoices.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
- Audit financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- 3-8 years of construction accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with Lien releases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective time and data entry management.
- Ability to follow financial protocols and maintain confidentiality.
