About The RoleIn this role, you will bring at least 5 years of experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader to the table. You will also need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a bedside RN and a proven track record of working effectively with diverse skill levels, including new graduate RNs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with physicians, leading projects for process improvement, and managing a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or eligible license in Montana required
• Master's degrees in Nursing, Business, or Leadership/Management preferred
• ACLS, ONS certification, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire
• Experience as a Unit Level Director strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff education and development in alignment with unit objectives
• Collaborate with House Administrator to optimize staff assignments and meet patient needs
• Oversee the hiring process and employee evaluations
• Implement quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
• Manage unit budgets effectively
• Participate in departmental meetings and policy development
• Foster open communication and problem-solving within the team
• Regularly update Senior Leadership on unit progress and strategic initiatives
• Provide leadership and support as needed in patient care delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in specialty preferred
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
