DescriptionJoin our dynamic Laboratory team in beautiful Glenwood Springs, CO! We are seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technician (MLT) for a full-time night shift position. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and collecting specimens for testing, performing various medical laboratory tests and examinations, and operating both manual and automated lab equipment for specimen analysis. This position offers a unique schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, allowing for a great work-life balance.

- Associate degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT
- One (1) year experience as a Medical Technologist required.
- \(30.22-\)44.44/hour
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- $4.00/hour night shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
- $4.25/hour weekend shift differential for 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm Friday and 7am Monday.
- Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment (internal candidates not eligible).
- \(32.68-\)48.06/hour
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- $4.00/hour night shift differential for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
