Position OverviewCompliance with Safety Regulations
Collaboration with Engineering Team for Equipment Installation, Testing, and Release
Proficiency in CMMS Activity Recording
Maintenance of Equipment for Various Industrial Applications
Expertise in Various PLCs, Networking, and Communications
Troubleshooting of AC Drives, Motors, Encoders, and Resolvers
Calibration of Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature Devices
Knowledge in Bearings, Conveying Systems, Gearboxes, and Repairs
Understanding of Automation and Control System Architectures
Experience with Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatics, and Rotating Equipment
Ability to Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Manuals, and Technical Drawings
Utilization of Tools for Inspections and Testing
Assumption of Other Assigned Duties
Key RequirementsWork 12-Hour Rotating Shifts, Modified Schedule
DuPont Schedule Adherence
Multi-Craft Proficiency (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
Minimum 5 Years of Experience or 3 Years with Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance
Desired SkillsExpertise in Allen Bradley PLC
Experience with 480 Volt and 3 Phase Motors
Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Position AlignmentThis role supports a designated production area in a 24/7 tire plant, reporting directly to the Area Maintenance Supervisor.
