We are currently seeking a Marketing Outreach Enrollment Specialist for a client in Coachella, CA. The company provides life-extending healthcare to vulnerable seniors through a unique PACE model of care, enabling participants to receive care at home.
Position Overview
As a member of the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team, the Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving successful enrollment of prospective participants into the PACE program. This role involves developing relationships, generating referrals, and contributing to the program's growth in California.
Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach activities in senior communities
• Meet enrollment metrics consistently
• Collaborate with community organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners
• Implement marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals
• Provide education on the company's services to referral sources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
• Sales and marketing experience, with healthcare or senior care background
• Proficiency in technology, such as Salesforce and Athena
