Job DescriptionAs a Remote/Hybrid-Direct Sales Representative in Wisconsin, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis, educating them on our diverse range of products and services to enhance their lives. If you thrive in outside sales, building strong relationships, prefer a flexible work schedule, and value the trust and support of your leadership team, this Direct Sales Representative position may be an ideal fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Engage with both cold and warm prospects through in-person interactions, networking, and referrals to promote voice, data, and television services
- Conduct sales calls to assess customer needs, provide information, and effectively sell our services to meet sales targets
- Document sales orders and agreements accurately, submitting them to the supervisor on a daily basis
- Manage customer accounts from the initial sale to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction through post-installation follow-ups
- Participate in community events to explore potential sales opportunities
- At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience, current or prior military service with an honorable discharge
- Ability to acquire and maintain any required credentials or licenses for sales
- Access to reliable transportation
- Base salary plus uncapped commission structure
- Manage a flexible 40-hour work-week between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday
- Anticipated annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 or more
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan for associates working 20 or more hours per week
- Paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick leave, national holidays, and parental leave
- Short and Long-Term Disability coverage for associates working 30 or more hours per week
- Educational Assistance program available for full-time associates
