We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a client based in Indio, CA. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed.
Job Description

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients based on physical therapy principles.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide patient assessment, direct care, and personalized care planning.
• Review physician orders, conduct tests and measurements, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and set functional goals for patients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to physician orders for physical therapy.
• Administer tests and measurements, and interpret results.
• Review patient charts and adjust treatment plans.
• Develop functional goals based on patient expectations.
• Enhance functional mobility to help patients achieve independence.
• Seek clarification on physician orders as necessary.

QualificationsEducation:

• Required: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy

Experience

• Preferred: 2 years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting

Certifications

• Required: State Licensure

Compensation

• Base Salary: USD $80,000 to $120,000
• Full-time position
• Full benefits package
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

• Not eligible for overtime
• Interview travel expenses not reimbursed
