The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the TIQ Guardian Product Line by working across functions to ensure good business decisions and marketability of the products. This role will also work with the Sales Team in developing solutions to meet local requirements for Emergency Responder Communications Enhancement Systems (ERCES). The Product Manager will provide product expertise and will have the ability to listen to customer requirements and present solutions in a consultative fashion to ensure that systems are designed and deployed to meet these needs.

This job operates in a professional business office or home office where standard office equipment is routinely used, such as computers, photocopy machines, fax machines, telephones and filing cabinets. This position is largely a sedentary role. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. This role will be expected to travel to partners/events.
This is a full-time position, with occasional travel. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
