Potters Industries is Hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Tech I Near Brownwood, TX

Salary Range: 26.00 To 30.00 (USD) Hourly
RoleDo you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy hands-on work? Potters Industries is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brownwood. In this role, you will keep our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment running smoothly through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • A passion for machinery and skilled in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and spot discrepancies before they become problems.
  • Proficiency in basic welding and metal fabrication is a must.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and exhibit a safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physically able to climb ladders, kneel, lift 50 lbs., and perform duties in an active industrial setting.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems a major plus.
Potters offers a competitive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and other performance incentives. The position is M-F with occasional overtime and weekend work. Minimum starting pay is $26 -$30/hr. based upon experience.
