Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our establishment, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and kitchen
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is required
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, shift management, and restaurant operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and food production processes
- Proven track record in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Knowledge of coffee industry is a plus
- Understanding of food handling regulations and safety standards
