Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at Pottery Barn, located in Tampa, FL. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, training, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
- Experience in a supervisory role is required, 2 year minimum
