The Poway Unified School District is seeking applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Please note that this is posting is for an ELIGIBILITY POOL only. As positions become available, candidates may be contacted directly by the school site.
Requirements / Qualifications
This is an Eligibility Pool only - once positions become available, the school site may contact candidates directly for interviews.
Applicants must submit all required documents to be considered, including a valid teaching credential.

Required Documents:
1. Copy of California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and BCLAD (Spanish) or Bilingual Authorization: Spanish.
2. Current Resume
3. Current Copy of Transcripts (Official transcripts are required upon hiring)
4. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation signed within the last 12 months. It is recommended that at least one (1) come from a supervising administrator.
5. Letter of Intent addressed to Charan Kirpalani, Director of Human Resources
6. For phone references, be sure to include the reference's most current cell phone number and email address.
7. All applications must be submitted through EdJoin; no hard copy documents will be accepted.

TEACHER INDUCTION:
Poway Unified School District offers a teacher induction program to clear the CA preliminary credential to qualified individuals at no cost to the employee.
