Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking components, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Configure and troubleshoot AV devices for seamless operation and network compatibility
Develop and implement network policies to optimize AV performance and minimize latency
Collaborate with teams to integrate audio-visual solutions into existing network infrastructure
Stay updated on emerging networking and AV technologies and assess their impact.
Participate in project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize AV solution requirements
Here’s What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related area of study
At least 3 years of experience in networking engineering or similar roles
Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
Familiarity with network equipment from vendors such as: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Palo Alto Networks
Ability to integrate audio-visual and low voltage solutions into network infrastructures, with a track record of configuring and troubleshooting AV devices and protocols such as HDMI, HDCP, HDBaseT, and Dante
Familiarity with a broad spectrum of audio-visual standards and technologies, including H.264, H.265, SIP, WebRTC, Dante, AES67, and SDVoE.
Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving prowess, enabling prompt identification, diagnosis, and resolution of intricate network and AV challenges
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
Preferred: industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network , AVIXA CTS, or equivalent qualifications
