Job description:

• Coordinate international and domestic transportation services for a diverse range of products that support company operations and objectives with different carriers in a timely manner.
• Tasks encompass document preparation, import/export screening (if applicable), cost comparison, and shipping.
• Tracking and tracing of all domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure that the transportation process complies with all the applicable laws, as well as supply chain management policies and procedures.
• Manage activities related to internal and domestic transportation of products and spare parts.
• Handle loading assignments and traffic control with corresponding Power Electronics branch (Gilbert, Tampa, or Houston warehouse).
• Optimize transport planning for different stakeholders, including commercial and technical service, in the most efficient way.
• Maintain accurate pre-shipment and post-shipment administration.
• Reporting all equipment damages and follow up in the claim process.
• Communicating with internal departments and all stakeholders involved to optimize compliance with customers’ requirements.”

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, renewable energies, or a related field preferred
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to use, parametrize, and communicate about devices like RPI, routers, etc.
• Understanding of different communication protocols, such as PLC and internal bus communication.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and programs.
